My Bucket List

I was reading some stuff on the internet the other day and realized that I always talk about so many things I would like to do and accomplish in my life but I have never once written them all down. So, I decided I would create a Bucket List... It's a list of all the things I would like to do and accomplish in my life. I figured I could share it with all the Internet world so here it is: (with commentary)

1) Dance in the rain (I really have never done this)
2) Kiss in the rain (I really don't know why, just very Hollywood)
3) Have a husband (well, one that I like)
4) Own a home
5) Be debt free (getting there, slowly but surely)
6) Become an attorney (I'm never getting out of school)
7) Become a judge
8) Become a politician (not a crooked one)
9) Have kids (hopefully my own)
10) Have money for my kid's college (cuz it's only gonna get more expensive)
11) Not live paycheck to paycheck (hopefully this is just the life of a 20something)
12) See the Grand Canyon
13) Fly in a plane (one would think I would have done this by now)
14) Go to Disney World (without kids)
15) See Old Faithful
16) See the sequoia trees
17) Go to Cedar Pointe (I love theme parks)
18) Go to Niagara Falls, CA (I have been there once... but I wanna go again!)
19) Run a marathon (I really need to start getting in shape)
20) Go canoeing
21) Lose 30 pounds (HA! this would be a true miracle)
22) Learn self defense
23) Be a great basketball referee
24) Learn to play an instrument
25) Learn to dance (cuz me dancing is a sad site)
26) Ride in a hot air balloon (was supposed to have already done this)
27) Go sky diving (if i can get up the nerve)
28) Go snorkeling
29) Swim with dolphins
30) Go parasailing
31) Own a jet ski
32) Go rock climbing
33) Go to the rainforest
34) See the Northern Lights (I need to learn to endure the cold)
35) See the Eifel Tower
36) See the site of 9/11 (the twin towers)
37) Go to Australia
38) See the Statue of Liberty
39) See the White House
40) See a pyramid
41) See the Golden Gate Bridge
42) See Mt. Rushmore
43) See the Empire State Building
44) Go to Hawaii
45) Visit all 50 States
46) Take photography classes
47) Learn to draw
48) Make a gingerbread house
49) Restore a '64 1/2 Mustang (pure beauty)
50) Go skiing in Colorado
51) Make a crocheted blanket
52) Make a quilt
53) Discover what makes me truly happy (maybe blogging)
54) Allow myself to make mistakes (and not hate myself for making them)
55) Get into Law School (I prolly need to get rich first)
56) Build a Habitat for Humanity home
57) Donate a large amount of money to charity
58) Open my own pet shop
59) Run an animal shelter/rescue (for bunnies, turtles, cats, dogs, etc..)
60) See a koala bear
61) Watch turtles hatch and run for the ocean
62) Own a beach front home in Florida
63) Have a library in my house
64) Go to the Olympics (as a spectator)
65) Take up Yoga (I need to relax)
66) Adopt a child from overseas
67) Be a foster parent
68) See India's Taj Mahal
69) See the Great Wall of China
70) See the Colosseum in Rome
71) See lighthouses in Michigan
72) Travel to Prince Edward Island
73) Go on a local missions trip
74) Go on a foreign mission trip
75) Say my prayers every night
76) Tithe (every week give 10% of my check)
77) Get closer to God (that is prolly the key to my happiness)
78) Read my Bible
79) Learn to have fun (aka: don't be so uptight)
80) See an NBA game
81) Visit the Bahamas
82) Travel to London
83) Stay in Venice
84) Live in another state (preferably Florida)
85) Don't worry about what other's think (cuz really, who cares??)
86) Watch the launch of a space shuttle
87) Do it in the rain (haha... could be fun)
88) Sit on a jury
89) Shower in a waterfall
90) Drive across America
91) Go to Vegas
92) Visit the concentration camps
93) Travel by train
94) Set foot on all continents (even Antartica)
95) See the Harlem Globetrotters
96) Try to surf
97) Try to win at Texas Hold 'Em
98) Sail on a sailboat
99) Eat in the underwarter restaurant (guess I need to look up the name of it)
100) Visit Isreal


Those are all the things I would like to accomplish before my life is over... Hopefully it's possible. I'll mark them off on here as they happen! :)
